Yes, that was amazing how close it was. If they did a few more recounts, Gore would have eventually won. I remember he'd pick up more votes with each re-tally. And with those lousy ballots they had, one could remove the punch out just by slightly bending the card, not even touching it.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to voting. Voting is one of the coolest things for an American to do. I lot of good people have died over the last 250 years to win and preserve the right for you and me to go down and fill out those ballots. By voting, we honor them, as well as ourselves.
